I recently picked up a pair of barndoor spindles for a Kuebelwagen restoration project and am now in search of a pair of kingpins. It would appear the kingpins are as common as unicorns and was wondering if anyone knew of any sources, or if split kingpins fit or could be easily modified to fit stock barndoor spindles.

| If the Kubel takes 19mm link pins, as do very early buses, then you can use any split bus kingpins but you will have to have special link pin bushes made to suit or maybe even have the trailing arms machined out for bus 20mm link pins. |

I have been told the 20mm link pins are what I need, but would need to verify. Thank you very much for the reply.
