| What is the seating capacity in these? When I think of a full size vehicle I think of being able to hold 5 passengers. I am still contemplating getting an estate for moving the kids around town so I can give my westy a rest. |

Well, I don't know about the law, but 5 adults shouldn't be a problem. When I was young my father drove me to the football with about 6 or 7 kids, he had an opel kadett with 5 doors, so 2 or 3 could sat in the back.
Now a days, max. 5 persons are alowed in a taxi, but I don't know what the rules are for private cars (no vans, busses, etc.) |

| I'd say the rear seat is very spacious thanks to the flat floor. The seat in the wagon model isn't as comfortable as in the sedan as it's not as contoured and the angle of the seat is too flat. But there's plenty of practical room for legs and head. |

| Are there 2, or 3 seat belts in the back? |

| There are mounting points for three belts. Three points on both sides and lap belt in the middle. |

It is possible to upgrade to a 3 point seat belt? |

Hmm... I guess everything's possible but there really isn't anything where you could attach the upper mounting point. The seat back isn't rigid enough and there isn't any body construction for example in the roof, where you could attach the belt.
Here you can see the mountingpoints:

of course 3 point seat belts are possible for the 2 outer seat positions:
- you can use the 3 points: 1 above and 2 under/near the seat with adjustable seat belts (old fashion seat belts, from the beginning of the seat belt period)
- you can use the same 3 points with roll-up seat belts from T2/bus, I never saw those seat belts, but the roll-up part is above, instead of under
only for the middel person you can only use 2 point seatbelts

where do you think the arrow left above is for? |

I dunno but if you look in my gallery and threads you will notice I had 7 kids in the trunk with room to spare so I'll say
atleast 15 or so. Depending on the lively hood of your passengers. |

I thought he (reluctantartist) was asking if it was possible to put a three point belt for the middle passenger. And couple of messages erlier i explained the basic configuration:

ah, sorry... didn't noticed that
the only way to make one for the middle seat is to make a mounting point behind the seat, but I don't know if that is allowed |
