IS this a typican from a 914: 4712915876; with out any letters?
and where exally is the hell hole? |

Under the battery - which was to passenger side just above engine. Also check under doors and floor pan.
Yup - good number - a 1971. Now check the engine number to see if its the original 1.7L block.
