I bought a fiberglass rear apron Bug repair panel from Glass Action at The Classic a couple of months ago. And it still sits.
My 68's panel was cut at some point to accommodate some sort of exhaust. Now with a single QP, the big gaping wound is pretty obvious.
I'm having second thoughts about using this panel, and frankly am not 100% sure about the best way to mount it. Any advice? Does it need to be epoxied or something? How will it not rattle against the apron when installed? Remove the rear fenders, or can I get by without doing so?
TIA ... |

| I had planned on using one on my car when I had the body work done, but was talked out of it. Just get a new apron and have everything welded up. Didn't like the thought of water or something else getting between the apron and fiberglass piece. I am very happy with mine, and never have to worry about it. |
