Obus, PM me with your email address. I have some alternative information which is centralized for all the events. This what I've been sending the Europeans and Japanese folks.
For that matter, anyone seeking this sort of information, PM me.
LAX is ideal and I would HIGHLY recommend a navigation device. This city is MASSIVE! |

OK Fellas ............. Let the guessing begin. I made out this chart with 40 squares/boxes, numbering them from 40 to 80. I started filling in the boxes at this past OCTO with Barndoor owners I knew. So now this is opened to Barndoor owners who are expecting to come out for the gathering in their Bus. Once I get a tally for those, the remaining boxes will be opened to all other Barndoor owners who will be coming out, regardless if you don't have your bus there.
The person who guess' the correct number of Barndoors showing up, wins an event t-shirt. And if I end up doing the poster thing, the winner gets one of those as well. Also, THE WINNER NEEDS TO BE PRESENT!!!!
Please don't fill in the numbers below. PM me, because I have a list in my possesion and makes it easier for me as I don't come in here very often to check on what's going on. So PM ME.
Here we go .................. List updated on 4/24/2012

Why do some people have more then one guess? Is it a guess for every bus you bring? That would be fare but might give a clue to how many are going
And why 40-80. Pessimists. I think 101 :D |

I believe you get one guess for every barndoor you own, regardless if the bus is going to make it to the event.
I draw this conclusion based on the fact that Linda owns three busses, and everyone knows that none of them leave PB. |

You got a box/number for the number of BD's you bring to the gathering. The numbers choosen was the easiest way to handle this. It could be less or it could be more?? Hence - Guess!!??

Sorry about the mix up Beanie. You put your name down for how many you are bring over. So we fixed the "list".

It will be here sooner then you think! Everyone is super PUMPED! There were 205 buses at this past OCTO. That was the biggest non June show. Now imagine what the June show is going to be like!!?? |

That figure, 300, is every June. For the norm, we (OCTO) get about 160 buses for the non June shows. This past OCTO was giant! A lot had to do with the weather, any of you who were present experienced that awesome day with beautiful weather! June will be bigger and better, but a bit warmer. I can't really put down how many Buses in total are to show up? I can say LOTS! This will be one of the biggest to go down. All I hear folks talk about is this June's OCTO.
Stop procrastinating and get your stuff in order. You don't want to miss out on this one. |

| I know there was some were whining in the OCTO thread about the change to Saturday for the Winter show, but I bet that is the main reason for the strong turnout. It's just easier to get it together for Saturday when you have all day Sunday to get everything squared away. |

I have not heard one negative comment about the shows moving to Saturday's?? Everyone I've spoken to likes the change. I do. June has always been on Saturday's. Another advantage is you have all day Sunday to hit the ALL YOU CAN EAT Sushi!!! OKAY!! And you get to hangout with the MIT alumni Association. |

Is there going to be a thread started on those who are driving to OCTO? I have heard of some folks that are making some long trips and would like to cross paths with them if possible.
I am planning on driving my 66 Deluxe from Colorado and was wondering how many others are making the trek across multiple states? |
