Has anyone updated the rear seats to have head rests?

not me, but if you can find a set, you can use aftermarket loose headrests on the same way as you can use these for the front seats

I have looked at it over the years. What will be required is to make sockets that are attached to a side to side tube in the back seat frame. I have several spare sets of front seat headrests and the plastic bezels that stick through the cloth on the front seats.
But the front seat has upright horns or tubes that the head read stanchions fit into. That would have to be welded into the rear seat back with the upholstery off. Ray
