Just a reminder....

4th Saturday of each month. (except holiday weekends)
Usually a good turn out.

Local Kings Mtn. N.C. restaurant, Shows are the 4th Saturday (except holiday weekends and weather permitting) All VW enthusiast are invited. This is a fine mom and pop burger joint that serves some pretty good home town (Gastonia) Ice Ceam. Drop by the desk to register for free, and receive a raffle ticket for door prizes drawn near closing. Close at 8:30.

Haven't been to one this year. I hope to make it to the October meet. Still having a few issues with the T4 engine. Had to pull the engine due to an annoying oil leak.

Closed on Wednesdays. I drove by on my way home from work, and the VW's only Cruise In banner is flying......which means its this weekend.

Thanks Volkswagnut. I'll try to talk a few to join me for the 65 mile trip. VW gatherings are so far and few inbetween i'd hate to miss it....BTW does Ermil (i think that's his name) still have anything going on around Spartanburg? We used to go to Big Daddy's for a VW show there...

Yeah its in the Cruisin Carolina reference I posted in the Hardees thread.
I've yet to go.
Maybe we can run up there sometime, take the scenic route and have a nice drive.

Man you lost me there. I had to look that up. I guess my preference would be either '50s or anything newer than 1990. I don't recognize anything they play and almost feels like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. :shock:

I haven't been there since my cruising buddy, Greg, moved away (~3 years). Hope to have my '72 back on the road this weekend.
