Today finally i can say that im going forward, im starting to remove all the front, the truck chasis is bend or something like that cause i have like 5 centimeters diference between de front and the back, and im almost sure that i will need to replace de front chasis if i want to do a good job.

Some more pictures, chasis is really bad at front, so im trying to find a donor to change it completely, by now im working on the cabin removing all the rust and fighting with the 7 layers of paint it has (the truck was dove blue, grey, yellow, green, red in some places, purple, and blue again) my plan is to change the rear pillars and prepare everything to put it back while i wait for the chasis and the other pieces i need to order.

After two months trying to find a good donor for the front chasis with no luck i decided to make my own, i made some templates and used parts from a brazilian split/bay window bus, i know is not perfect and maybe a crazy idea but it will work, tomorrow ill try to finish it and see if i can put the cabin back this weekend.

Awesome, just awesome!!! You have some mad skills there bud. I like you attitude, its like, "the chassis is pretty bad, I guess I will just make another one". You are truly inspirational for the rest of us including myself. Anything can truly be made, manufactured or fabricated with the right mindset.

I'm following this build so keep the pictures coming for the rest of us bus nuts to follow. Awesome job.

Thank you, i've been following yours, and even mine is a lot worst and is not going to look closer, is an inspiration for me. Btw thanks a lot for the pictures you put in that thread, i used a lot of them as a guide to undertand how the bed was built and where everything goes!
