| I cant get 1st and secound gear. how do you adjust the top plate with the ramp on right side ? |

| The best way I found to adjust the shifter is to loosen up the two bolts, then put the Bus in reverse. After you have it in reverse, tighten up the two bolts and you should be set. You still may need to adjust just a little but this will get you closer to where you want to be. |
