Does anyone know how to re-con these shocks are do you how they are supposed to work? Should they have oil in them, mine are dry, one has a lot of movement the other about 30mm, any ideas please

I'm not sure how to recondition them but they should have quite a bit of movement, perhaps 6 inches? I can move mine smoothly up and down with my hand with resistance in both directions.
They should be filled with jack oil. |
