I just found out about this forum and I have a 1963 23 window that is a daily driver. Were all the knobs, steering wheel etc. all ivory in '63? My wheel looks to be light grey, but all my knobs are ivory.
Thanks,
Tony |

Thanks for the welcome. I do need to get some books on bus specs. Appreciate all the help I can get. This forum is great even if you don't get an answer to your particular problem. It feels good to have others in the same boat helping out. Hopefully I can add my two cents when appropriate.

| I can also highly recommend the Original Bus book by Meredith. Just got my copy yesterday and I'm blown away by all the detail and fine pics. As the proud new owner of a '66 21, I learned more about my bus in one day of reading Meredith's book than I could have in months of research. I also just ordered the Specification Guide..Neatos site was messed up when I wanted to order, but was able to buy thru Amazon.com. Oh, and the Amazon price on Meredith's book is only $25.17 with free shipping (it's $34.95 in many bookstores). |

| tony, i'm a newby here too. my '59 deluxe has ivory knobs, and i think your 63 should too. but i have seen the grey knobs & have some too. i think they are for bugs, but not sure. anyway, if they fit & your not one of those 'uptight-stock-nuts', then hey, it fits! i like thhe original restored busses, but many of us can't find or afford the 'right pieces', or just plain don't get our panties in a twist over it. heck i've got 'bug' rims on my bus! -mark |
