| I have a 4.5 front porsche flat four rim, going on a 1962 Double Cab bus. My question is: I want to know what size low profile tire I can put on there safely. I want to know the height and the width of some sizes of tires I can run on the front of my bus. |

| as a rule of thumb if the bus has flipped spindels (down 3.5in) 23.5 in. tire on front will not rub to bad, |

165/60/15, 175/55/15, 175/60/15, 165/50/15, 165/45/15......
for overall measurements go to 1010tires.com tire and wheel calculators. i've listed those and many more of the commonly used tires by size on here several times. but i'm lazy tonight and don't feel like looking it up.
theres also the 155/60/15, 145/65/15 but i don't like anything narrower than 165 on a bus personally...ken... |
