ok, So my front suspension stinks...When I hit a bump, it's bad news, so I laid under the bus, and checked it out. The one thing I noticed with the Rubber-snubber in between the torsion arms, well is that rubber snubber supposed to be touching the lower torsion arm? I looked at it, and realized that it gives no room for the arms to travel, and my guess is that this is the problem for my horrible ride...since the arms can't travel up hardly at all, I have a crappy ride. Any Ideas? Do your snubbers touch your lower torsion arm? Could it just be that mine are rock solid, and aren't springing enough? Thanks To ANY help! :)

Has your bus been lowered? Mine didn't touch till I lowered it. Then I removed the rubber stoppers, but if I hit bumps at all the arm would hit the mount for the stopper, so I had to cut it off, then all was fine.

the bus is stock height and ride. Nothing's changed...could it just be sagging that bad? I'm just so confused, I might just remove them, and see what happens....if it's better, I'll leave it.

You would think if it had saged that bad that the bus would look lowered. But maybe the only thing holding the front up at all is the stoppers. If you pull the stoppers out you might now have a lowered bus. I had a friend who's bus had a few of the torsion plates break inside the beam as he was going down the road, it went from stock to slammed in no time. Can you tell how much weight the stoppers are holding? Lift on the bus and see how much you have to push before the stopper comes off the arm. If you have to lift quite hard you bus is going you be quite low if you pull off the stoppers. if you don't have to push that hard and they left up it won't be much lower. Good luck!
