I've got some rust beginning to push the paint out on my doglegs and am going to grind it down and patch it. Can't do any welding right now, so it will have to be a (hate to say the word) 'bondo' job for now. With the side of the dogleg open after grinding, should I force some POR 15 into the dogleg? And for that matter, has anyone ever shot any POR 15 or other rust retardent into the drain holes on the top of the doglegs?

| I'd slop as much of the stuff into the dogleg as I could. Might slow down the next attack of rust. |
