Buster,
I bought a set of safaris from them last summer and went through many weeks of frustrating emails, most of them unanswered. They left out one of the seals when they shipped and it took a few weeks to get it after a week or so of trying to get them to respond.
I saw in here once that someone said they answer the phone and take care of business in a timely manner if you want to spend the bucks on Ma Bell.
I like my safaris..

When I get the money to order my safaris from them, I'm going to call instead of e-mail. I've heard they are much better at answering the phone than they are at answering e-mails.

they are a PAIN to get ahold of. I finally got ahold of Mandy (after weeks of emails)and she said just order them off the website. I got my safaris 5 days after ordering them (3 weeks ago) off the website. YES 5 DAYS!!!! and ALL the parts were there! So if you want to keep playing email tag go ahead...or just order them.

try Tom Connors. Do a search on google for "tom connors" and "vw" and you will find his page. You must call him tho' he doesn't answer emails often. makes nice racks.

| I just received my westie rack last night from C-E, it took about 5 months to sort out through email! Apparantly there email system got an overhaul and they've been having problems since. Once I got hold of them (phone) to confirm the order it only took 2 weeks for the stuff to arrive. The products are awesome, excellent quality. I recommend them, but contact by phone not email. |
