The little thin metal clip that puts tension on the star adjuster on my right front brake is broken. Will the brake stay adjusted and if not is there a source for this part?

| They make a kit that contains that clip and the springs for the shoes. |

| Usually the brakes with broken clips will go out of adjustment fairly quickly. |

| Take the backing plate off and have one or something similar spot welded back on..... |
