I have a Sapphire I radio and need a speaker for it. It is supposed to be a 6" round 4 ohm speaker. Every place I check has either 5 1/4" or 6 1/2" speakers and you have to buy a pair to boot.
Anybody have a source for this?

I got one that fit at my local Radio Shack. I don't know that it was a 6", but it fit. Just take the mounting braket in the store with you, and check the speaker to make sure it'll fit. Good luck.

I bought one at Radio Shack and it was an 8 ohm. Tried it and nothing but a crackle. I hooked the wires up to a 4 ohm 4" speaker I had laying around and it worked. My Radio Shack took the 8 ohm speaker back, but didn't have a 4 ohm that fit...
