When disconnecting a battery to do an under the dash electrical project (I'm new at this), which wire do you disconnect on the battery. The hot one? Both?

| All workshop books will tell you to disconnect the negative cable to protect your electrical parts. |

| The negitive should do the trick but if you are unsure take off the positive as well. |
