I've been reading the posts on lowering the bus with the intention of lowering my single cab a little, but only in front... The way the truck sits now, the wheelwell is 5-6" clear of the tire (maybe a little less) but the back looks just fine...
Is it naive to think just the dropped spindles will be the solution? I think I read they were good for about a 3" drop. |

Wideride,
As it stands now. My drop spindles have lowered my bus 3-4 inches. It doesn't sound like much BUT with out dropping the back my busses A$$ is way up in the air (maybe a 15 degree angle?). Looks like a 70's muscle car. You may be better off with an adjustable beam. Greg at vintagewarehouse will do it for you. |

Where is Vintage Warehouse located?
I'd like to talk to someone that does this on a regular basis. The mechanic I've been consulting with is familiar with most of these proposals I've suggested, but not whole-hearted! |

Thanks for the information yesterday. While I enjoy the convenience of eMail and forums, there's nothin' like talkin' to someone, all-be-it over the phone, but my options are a lot clearer and as I am finding, prioritizing is the real challenge!
I think I'll hold off on the fuzzy dice and glamour rings and concentrate on stuff what doesn't show.
