| Who's making a 5x130 drum now days? Dad and I are talking about puting Fuchs on his '65 Vert, I had mentioned using 4 lug drums that are re-drilled. Does anyone offer them now days, or do I have to have it done on my own? |

| I did find those, and just now found the fronts. Next question is how to mak ethem jive with the LP spindles? Is it an ugly process or fairly easy? |

| Have you considered adding a few dollar$ and going with disc brakes? As for stopping they"re great. A friend of mine has them with fuchs on a 66 beetle. They don't seem to detract from the look. |

| Dad doesn't want to spend the money for discs right now. He just went thru the drum set up completely here a few months ago. We're just trying to find a reasonable way to put fuchs on it w/o adapters. |

Tell him to save up some more of his paper route money. There's no cheap drum swap you can do onto K&L to get P5 bolt pattern. Wheel adapters, or the disc upgrade.
The disc upgrade comes in different flavours. You can get a spindle that attaches to your K&L control arms, but is designed to use a late 4 bolt rotor. Which can be drilled to P5. |

My dad? Paper route money?
Well, we were brain storming last night, I didn't realize that it was more involved than an earlier 5 lug car. The drum in the rear seem to be the easy part, sounds like a disc kit up front might be the way to go. |

| If you are using stock lp spindles, they make simple disc brake brackets that adapt disc rotor & caliper to the stock spindle for a little more then special drums cost |
