Bad news guys. After makeing a few runs around town in my westy, i thought what caught my eye as to be a set of hiding tailights. Turns out to be a 62 sitting by its loansome rotting away. And i mean rotting. No rocker at all on passenger side. No side walls around most of the entire floor. Brand new engine though. Guy wants an astronomical amount for it.
Any ideas..... |

| Well i was nice and offered him, condolences on his lack of care of family members, and 500 bucks. But he declined. Why do people let VW rot away like this? |

| There is a guy just outside Vancouver BC that proudly displays (use to) a 63 split window Corvette next to his house rotting away in the grass. Many pople have tried to buy the car (and probably steal it) to no avail. He thinks it cool or something to let it disentergrate. Recently in the last few years he has moved the car into the backyard because of too many people asking if it is for sale. He has no plans to rescue the car. Money doesn't matter to him also. I think he does it just to say to other's "look at how rich I am I can let a classic like this just rot away"! |

| Good thing that 63 vet body is made of fiberglass, it won't rust too bad. |
