Good morning, I believe this forum should be divided into "Other aircooled VWs" and "Watercooled VWs" category. There were many aircooled vehicles and now the info is buried between hundreds of "how to pour water into my Rabbit" topics. For example Fridolins (well I´m one-sided on this one), South American VW, many devices using VW industrial engines etc...they do not deserve to be thrown into one bag with watercooled rest.

I can help with sorting the topics into forums as I run my own phpBB forum and I know how to do it.

Yes, I basically agree with you but have been lax about doing it since the traffic in that section is pretty minor overall.

I will work on it soon.

Other opinions welcome...

Maybe the "other aircooled VWs" section would receive greater attention if it isn´t flooded with watercooled topics. Looking forward for the changes.

1961bluebug brings up a valid point. It is only logical that Other Air-Cooled VWs and Water-Cooled VWs should be in separate forums.

Ok, I made the new section and we are in the process of moving stuff over...

I think we are set on moving it but I will post again if we want some assistance.

I believe we have divided up the majority of the posts into 2 sections.

As most of the content in there appeared to be Water-Cooled, the existing Other VW/Water-cooled section was renamed to be Water-cooled and we moved all the non-water-cooled threads to a new Other VW section.

If you could take a glance through the current Water-cooled section and hit report on any posts that are NOT water-cooled and should be moved to Other VW, this would help us out.

In addition to moving things by sight, we searched on the following terms in order to move stuff over:
Fridolin
Puma
Trike*
SP1
SP2
Brasilia
Country Buggy
Buggy
Gol

If you can think of your own terms to search on, that may be faster than paging through all the pages. :)

If you find something by searching where there are a lot of threads, post the term you searched on here and I will bulk move them all. This way you do not have to hit report on each thread one by one.
