| Were the grey panels(211) a primer to be painted the color of your choice or an enamel? What color bumper would a 59 with grey paint m code have? |

Do mean if your M-code plate says "GREY" on it? That is L345 Light Grey, which is not primer.
Bumpers = Silver White
I'm not sure what you mean by "grey paint m-code". |
