I removes all the doorscrews {except 1!!!} with nothing more than wd40 and and an impact screwdriver, can mangle the screw a little, but replacements are cheap!
Best of luck

1. Liquid wrench for a week
2. Heat
3. Get impact screwdriver bit with hex shaft to fit half inch drive socket. Put half inch drive socket on pneumatic impact wrench.
4. Crank up Ozzy Osbourne CD and hit trigger.
DOORS OFF! |

If your's are like mine were all the screaming, yelling and penetrating oil won't do anything but delay the inevitable.
What I ended up doing on the really bad ones (usually the lower hinge where it sees more moisture)is drill right through the middle and dremel out the phillip bit notches (the ones I didn't ream out with my impact). Then, take one of the ones you got out with a screwdriver and match the o.d. of the screw shank (not size of thread)with a drill bit. I don't know the size, exactly. Then go right through the middle of your pilot hole you drilled before. Now you should have cleaned out the all the old screw except the stuborn threads that are locked together. Then get the right tap and some cutting oil and chase those old threads out and at the same time clean up the female thread of the captive "nut". With new hardware, they will now glide right back in. I am using stainless replacements and putting a little anti-sieze on them so they will never get like that again.
Good luck.
