those later ones were powered by hinkel then austin motors which were watercooled. notice the vents in the front? VW did the same thing to vidal and sohn as they did later on to binz- they stopped selling to them once VW developed it's own competitive product like.
tempo matadors were VW powered from 1950-51. once VW was tooling up for singlecabs, the tempos stopped getting VW motors

Yes itīs definitly a Tempo.
Itīs one of the around 1000 cars from the legendary "historischen Autofriedhofes in Kaufdorf" in the Swiss that have been sold in 2009.
This car has been sold on ebay two weeks ago.
