Held at Piedmont Dragway near Greensboro, NC
All VW Car Show, Drag Racing and swap meet.
3 Bracket classes plus Turbosmart Pro Outlaw and Unlimited Street East heads up racing.
20 show car classes with Best Ofs
Show entry $10
Admission $15 (12 and under free)
Gates open at 8am
Time runs start at Noon

Having a bon fire at my house the night before. Anyone is invited. Drive an AC. I live 10 mins from Piedmont so you're welcome to camp in your vws over night. :lol:

Yes there will be camping the night before.

ok this event is only 2weeks away.make sure to come out and watch the unlimited street east cars burn up the 1/8.with weather like this i think there will be new records in this class.make sure to pass this event info to thoses that dont know.thanks keith

Saturday night camping and setup
as soon as I get word from the track of what their happenings are, I will let you guys know. As always camping is FREE!

Also, the happenings Saturday at the track is a tractor pull.
Everyone is welcome to attend if you wish

If you wish to drop off your trailer, setup a vending spot or camp, we will not be able to do that until after 8pm. If you get there before that time, you may have to wait outside the gate until we can come in.

If you have some VW Parts laying around that you don't need, why not get a used swap meet space and make some cash! It is $35 for a used 10x10 space and that gets one person in.
We have PLENTY of room at this track to have a HUGE swap area!

sorry for the late post, but do the gates stay open all night? i may try to get there tonight, but it would be close to midnight. don't want to get there to closed gates.

Gates will be open until 11
If you come after that their is a grassy area
outside gate you can park in.

Wow... what an awesome day. Seriously one of the best one day shows i've been to in quite a while. I barely ate, drank water, or had time to leave the starting line. While the Vw's were cooling down we were greeted with some awesome V8 Pro Mod Action. As a spectator you couldn't ask for a better day. Here are the photo galleries.
