Well, that's enough repulsive behavior for me for a life time. He needs to be squashed like a bug or put away like Hannibal Lechter. He can't be sane. It's a shame those kids had to go through that. Some of them will grow up to be "f"ed in the head. Damn shame.

Hell, NO. Put him in the SHU...I know most of the SHU CO's at Pelican Bay, and they can see to it he gets plenty of "Unsupervised Quality Time"

PS The "SHU" stands for "Special Housing Unit" where the ones that are a danger to themselves, or other inmates, are kept. Those are the ones that get 1/2 hour a day out of their cell, fed in their cell, the worst of the worst. And from talking to my buddies, they **DO NOT** like Child Molesters!!!!

I say let him go. One of the fathers' will take care of things. If anyone did that sick shit to one of my children or grand children, I'd prefer to take care of it myself. Better than wasting all the time, money, and resources to serve "justice"...or is that to serve the media?

He'll get some attorney that will plead the "he was given broken cookies when he was a child, so he's not responsible for his actions" defense. That will be followed by 95% of the evidence being "called into question" or inadmissible, followed even more closely by some Casey Anthony cloned jury returning a not-guilty verdict.

I've almost zero faith in the statistical information department...I mean the justice department when it comes to dealing with these sick fucks. They've got thousands locked up for an ounce of weed, while the pedophiles get paroled because some damn psych grad student says they're "fixed". Mmmmm Hmmmm It's not been working out too well from what I can gather. The repeat offenders seem to go for the gold and leave no witnesses. That's THEIR fix for the problem.

Vigilante justice is under rated when it comes to dealing with this kind of crap.

i think we need a death penalty system that is quick and to the point. none of this bs appeals or 'waiting on death row' crap. every second these dirtbags are blinking and breathing, they are wasting money

being a survivor of a murder in my family really makes you want to puke every time you leave the house and realize that the world is running low on morals. i hope the familys can cope with this, and the kids aren't f'ed up for life and repeat what was done to them

I was watching this show on TNT last night called Southland. There was a rapist in the neighborhood and his house got burned down with him in it. When the cops showed up, the entire neighborhood claimed responsibilty. who do you arrest????

You do realize that's make believe right? In reality they'd arrest everyone who claimed to do it, interrogate them all, find out who really did it and then put them in jail.. probably for longer than the rapist would have gotten.

Maybe if the u.s wasn't such a weak society then this guy would be made an example of.. Show him being dismembered alive on national television then maybe, just maybe when the next sick fuck had the slightest thought of hurting an innocent child he would immediately think twice! Pops showed me the video to this when I was a youngster! Needless to say I didn't understand at the time but this guy is a hero of mine to this day.. Now having a kid of my own I have grown to appreciate this even more..

I remember that being in the news. To answer the question, I would take great delight in doing what that boys father did, had it been one of my children or grand children. I believe that the parents should be given the prerogative to do exactly that in cases such as this. It would certainly reduce the number of repeat offenders.

This thread could have been summed up easily by stating that it was horrible that this guy did this, thank God he's been caught, he will be tried and jailed and the other guys inside will certainly take care of him unless he's placed in solitary for his own safety.
