Recently scored on a gem in this buyers market. The back yard has a pool but it is basically a blank slate. NEED Ideas to enjoy 8 beautifull months of weather. ANY backyard ideas, pool or no pool would be awesome.

What climate do you live in? You need a BBQ no matter what the climate but that's a given. Hot tub>pool, you never see movies made about pool's. Tiki torches, also a must have.

8 months of beautifull weather, 4 months of non-stop hell (n/w phx)... But as crazy as it sounds Im looking forward to hell. In the pool by 3pm everyday, music, bbq. I love being retired but I need to enjoy my backyard when the pool is off-limits. Reading, lounging, daydreaming etc., I saw some mindblowing oasis type back yards when I was house hunting about a year ago. Lets see some!!!!

It belongs to a fellow fanatic in my area...I haven't seen it in person yet. Everything he owns is nice. 8)
