Personally I would mock it up with your fenders, apron, bumpers and even deck lid mounted to get it all square.
On something like this job never rely on someone else's measurement.....you don't know the history of that car could be totally crooked!
Bolt everything together and use self tapper screws to temporarily fix the imperial mounts (leaving original steel cut big and overlap new panels)
I had every panel but the 3 fold rag clip off of my 55 and could take some bolt center measurements for you off the fender mount nuts but really think it would be best to mock up with the stuff you will be using.
