is this stuff any good?
Looking to do my first paint job soon.
Id hate to spend a fortune on something that could just be sanded off if I screw it up. :/
I think my paint budget is less than $300 for primer and paint (supplies have their own budget) Whatcha think?
Oh yeah. single stage probably on cheap equipment. |

Here's a pic of my old '71 painted in Eastwood Hugger Orange (Single Stage with the Euro Clear)
Here is a pic of my back-dated '75 Bug in Eastwood Bright White (Single Stage - no clear).
I do work for Eastwood, so I do not want to give you a biased opinion, but thought I'd share some pics. |

Don't know about that paint.. If doing a budget paint job i'd use Nason, Matrix, or even ShopLine by PPG.
All of those are pretty decent. And a budget of $300 for paint materials should do it. |

| I know Kirker manufactures paint for Summit. Nason works well, I used the single stage acrylic enamel on my last project. Just under $300 for everything at my local auto paint supply store. |
