I can't wait, John! I hope I am ready to roll my 67 by then!

I was married in Weston 5 years ago!

This is the show that was covered by Hot VWs last year! Bob Folks cover car and also Jamie Miller's show stealer were both there. This show just keeps getting better too. With John Warren at the helm, we will have a live band in 2012! How cool is that!

The great thing also about this show is the years of experience under everyone’s belt and all the leadership that the "newer" folks are lending.

I'm really looking forward to the full weekend of VW's, music, booze, food and the fun that's to be had in this quaint little town.

:P

This year will be our best!!! We already have a few Hot VW cover vehicles lined up and John W has done a great job in moving the usual show to the next level. Historic Weston has eveyrhing to keep your partner who's not into Dubs happy - winery, shops, etc. And did I mention the raffle engine? Get a 1776 expertly rebuild engine for only $10 - or increase your odds and get 11 tickets for $100.

Free camping for you Bus folks (like me).

See you there!!

Looking forward to seing that band. Bringing the squareback. The bug is in the process of engine upgrades.

Just so everyone knows, there will be this engine up for raffle. 1776 built by retired VW certified mechanic Paul Frame. Tickets will be sold Friday and Saturday. Winning ticket will be pulled Saturday afternoon.

1776 Engine being raffled off May 19th, 2012 at Volks-Weston. Parts donated by MST of Tulsa, Mid America Motorworks, Bobs Buggy Shop, Browns Auto Service, Joe Watkins, Jason George, Robert Reid, Bob Foulk, Randy Archer, and other club members.

Buying tickets via paypal has ended for the engine, but tickets are still being sold Friday and Saturday in Weston, Mo. Ask for Joe Watkins.

10.00 a ticket or 100.00 gets you 11 tickets.

Any questions, feel free to post them up here and we will try to answer them.
