Another update.
Second Skin Dampener installed
Wiring, amp and sub are installed
The sub barely fit. My measurements for once were right on the money.
Rear panels are done, pedestal is in and seat is in. Pretty much rear is done minus a rubber mat.( If you have one on the super cheap or free even, let me know. I'd even cut up a regular one for now.)

Thanks. Not up to par with your bad ass DC, but I'm pretty happy with it. I can't wait to see picts of yours taking the trophies at the shows. Time for some commercials to step up against the deluxes.
Sweet! Let me know what it will be and I'll get some money put aside for you. My zip is 84045. |

You should stop comparing your DC to mine we built two different buses for two different purposes. 8) And the important thing to keep in mind is that we both put two early DCs back on the road =D>

Took Roach on his first trip or should I say (rip) around the block. Too bad no one took a video but here is the scratch.
Got the front end done and even installed a pedal pan! None of the buses I have owned in my life had a pedal pan.

In the end, it has a great sound, fits perfect, and is a really well built setup. |

1776 Engle 110, counter-weigted crank, lightened flywheel, 55 amp alternator ( I may need to get a bigger one) and 44 webers. |

Just about done minus the electrical issue.
Interior is in and the speaker pods came out pretty good for a home job.

Those pods look great sitting on top of the headlight buckets.

I've got a 1776 with Engle 110 too but minus the c/w crank, lightened flywheel & 44s.
I'd imagine the crank & flywheel allow it to rev harder.
Mine is only running 40mm Kadrons too & my mechanic reckons a set of Webers or Dellortos would be good for 10 extra horsepower. |

Wow, I forgot to update this.
So after a test fire of the stereo, I had massive vibration noise and discovered that it was the smuggling compartment doors. I removed them and got them sorted.
Safaris installed
Front end all assembled
Finished up the front interior panel and speakers.
This was a couple of weeks ago:
Finished the frames (man they suck)
