Come join us for a relaxed day of great cars and great people. We don't tell you where to park, we don't judge, we just like to meet people with the same interest, air cooled VW's and Porsche's. We have had a lot of positive responses to the "park where you want" attitude, 8 acre park with tons of room for everyone. Over 120 Vintage VW's and Porsche's last year with a nice mix of ultra rare coach built VW's, Barn door buses, Early Porsche's, 911's, 912's, 356's, VW's of every kind, you name it we had it! Raffle prizes throughout the day, face painting and kids playground for the kiddies, food vendor.

Michael, did we meet over at Forrest Steeles Upholstery Shop a couple of weeks ago? I was driving the red Laser 917 in my avatar.

Anyway, I just found this thread and hope to be at this show in August.

The show of the season not to be missed. Great cars AMAZING venue and great people. The kind of place you can park your baywindows right in the middle of 356's and only get beat up a little. I kid I kid. This is the best VW show in the bay area. No muss no fuss come and hang, have a bagel and see amazing cars.

I forgot to mention that there is free Starbucks coffee and Noah's bagels in the morning, that's right Starbucks coffee with half and half not powdered creamer and it's free! You know how you are always in a rush to get to the show and you don't have anywhere to put your coffee while you are driving, then when you get there they don't have coffee or you have to wait forever to get some. Not at the Nor Cal Treffen!

Hmmmm... My name is Brian and I am a coffee addict. This is a good reason to drive 200 miles for the trip. I may have to try and make it.

Hi Everyone, just an update to let everyone know that there is a farmers market going on in the parking lot of Concord High School on the day of the event. This will not effect us except for people parking that are not bringing a car into the show. I am going to meet with the people that put on the farmers market to see if I can carve out some parking spots for a trailer or two in case someone is bringing their car on a trailer.
I will keep you posted.

Is the only place this show is advertised on ? because I havnt seen it advertised any were ealse.. a banner that pops up when you first come onto the samba site.
Like other people who put on car shows would be nice!..
