Just put on a set of headers, now how do I reconnect the doghouse to the heaterbox? I live in the northeast and spring is quite not here and still need some heat. Pictures or links would be appreciated.

Get longer tubes, clamp to the boxes, bend around header, snake thru rear tin, clamp to "doghouse". Expect less heat than before, as you are losing the heat from cylinders 2&4.
BTW, for future reference, the "doghouse" is referred to as the fan shroud. If you have the later style oil cooler that sits behind the shroud, in it's own little "house", that "house" is what people refer to as the Doghouse. |
