I will be sandblasting and priming my bus next week end and I am not 100% sure on what media to use
I was recommended glass bead 30-60 but will this be ok to remove all rust in a reasonnable time for the more robust part of the bus....like the underneath cross members that are fairly rusted?
as for the prime I have bought PPG epoxy sealer...
thanks for any tips

Underneath i'd use sand. It's a little more aggresive and will work faster. Would be fine for underneath.
If you have a pressureized blaster i'd use glass. If you have a siphon feed blaster i'd used sand for the outside.
Just be sure to not blast in one spot for very long or you could warp the panel.
I like the pressureized blasters myself. They work WAY faster. Even the one from Harbor Frieght works good. I've used it many many times. Trick is to use as less sand as possible. Too much and it just waste it. |

Have you tried TP? They have a free help line for specific info.
