Just saying, That seems like a semi-bad idea... But I'm so fried on Nuclear Power right now. I think the biggest issue shouldn't be designing a new Reactor, But rethinking the possibility of reusing the spent Fuel we already have stockpiled.

Terra Power is making progress with their traveling wave reactor. Which uses depleted uranium which is typically deemed as waste.
