I realize that if they want it, there going to get it. I am looking to make someone think again about taking it if it's going to be a hastle. Also thinking it may save my shifter because it looks like this cover the mounting bolts. Anyone use it? Worth the price or just keep it in sight?
Just wondering...
Thanks

By itself, I do not think it is worth the price as sole protection against theft. (and you have to run a stock shifter, no custom shifters)
But if you combine it with a few other tricks, yes. Master power disconnect switch. Removable steering wheel disconnect. Rim/Wheel lock so tire cannot rotate. The Club on the sterring wheel. Motion alarm. |

That is not even going to slow anybody down. If they want it they will put a chain on it and tow it off where they can take it apart at their leisure... It will only frustrate you when you loose the key...
Master disconnect for power and removable steering wheel will do more to deter "casual/moment of opportunity" thief... But you have to use them...

| Thanks. Ordering the battery switch and the steering wheel will have to wait. Come on tax money! |
