Yeah this has probably been discussed but I've search for 20 min an cant find the answer.
So I am wiring up a may of 55 single cab. Now 12v.
The flasher relay I have has
X positive from fuse
L lamp in speedo
P from indicator switch
Now on the diagram it has a ground. How do I make this relay work then it doesn't have a ground. Thanks.

I believe the original grounded through the relay body itself when it was attached to the bracket.

Here is the later cylinder 12 volt relay in our DEC59 built walk thru panel camper. Later bracket holds and grounds the relay.

So the three prong can be used if its the metal body type which grounds it. The one in the picture looks like a 2 prong with one of them getting two wires.

Where does the RED wire go to? :P Just thought this pic was funny. :wink:

Hmm, five red wires there. Guessing you mean the one that has the extra wiring looped up. That goes to the gauge cluster to power all the gauges. One of these days would be nice to clean it all up, but right now too many other more important projects going on.
