I was going to post these parts in the classifieds, but I have realized I know nothing about them. I have no idea what years they fit. I tried a few quick searches of the forum and I looked at some of the listings in the classifieds and this is what I believe to be true.

These can fit a 62-67 Squareback:

These fit 68 and up:

The hoods will fit up to 68. I have heard that some year hoods required three bolts on either side(or that was doors. I cannot remember.):

These three are the same hood:

4 bolt chrome trim piece on the hood is 66-69.
3 bolt chrome trim piece on the hood is up to 65.

The hatch years are correct-well, correct enough anyway.

Check the prices of similar parts-and realize that one or more of three things is keeping them from selling: price, condition, shipping.

Early doors are 3 bolt, later doors are 2 bolt and the outer handle changes in 67 (one year part) and again in 68 when the lock is integrated into a lever style handle.
