Hi I was thinking about doing a brake booster on my 67 bus and want to know if anyone has information on the conversion and parts needed.

Uh, I was in bossier city in 1998 when I did mine. P.S. say hi to lee at action auto for me.
You need
A. The booster of your choice.
B. An autostick intake manifold if you have a dual port engine.
C. Some method of tapping into the single port intake manifold for vacuum if you are still running single port engine.
My setup is as follows: I already have a 1968/69 front beam so i just welded in the vacuum booster mounting bracket. I used a bay bus booster but switched to a vanagon one and fabbed up the linkage because vanagons had a slightly larger diameter booster. 1973 and up master cylinder.
Search for me and you will find threads on it. Only issue is moving the brake lines and welding in the bracket so the booster when mounted doesnt interfere with the clutch cable.
