| will 66 doors fit on a 68 sedan bug ? need to know asap ... getting a deal and want to get rid of this one peice glass stuff . and yes i did search archives but did not find a good answer ... |

No, the door latches are totally different.
Latches and strickers were changed to a safer design in '67. |

No
The lock/latches can not be swapped over easily.
You have to consider different door handle mechanisms, locks, release handles etc.. Plus the support and the opeings for the latch.
WAY Easier to buy the right doors. |
