what I was told is that they were a one off accident, but that they ended up cool so KCW used them on the car when it debuted. I thought they were the only set made, but I could be wrong on that, I've never seen another set

It looks like a machining angle screw up. You could always cut a set to look just like them.

I've never seen another set either but no doubt Randee can make another set because I know that he did have an ad for these wheels year's ago when KCW rocked them on the oval. Wasn't that the 30 day restoration oval they put them on ???

I've never seen another set either but no doubt Randee can make another set because I know that he did have an ad for these wheels year's ago when KCW rocked them on the oval. Wasn't that the 30 day restoration oval they put them on ???

no doubt at all he can make another set, I'm sure he still has the CNC program, thats the beauty of it

I'll be honest and say I never really cared for KCW cars so other than when we were talking sh*t to eachother, I never really paid attention. I think it was that car in the pic that they were debuted on, I was at the show, and it was probably the 2nd or 3rd time I met Randy.

I saw these wheels (with this odd "cut") at one of the first Texas VW Classics on a type 2. Talked with the owner of the bus briefly about them & was told something about them being a one-off/prototype kind of thing IIRC.

Yea Randy is some cool Peep's.. He set me up with a set just a few weeks ago.. The posted pic of the ones with the beveled edge and Slotted are Sick.. Dam wish I had seen those first... :lol: I am waiting on ordering another set of his wheels.. The White Iron Cross he has..
