I bought a thread repair kit to fix bolt on the header
Instead of using it I
drilled a hole thru broken bolt and used and "easy out tool thats supposed to grab the bolt and trist out counter clockwise but instead it broke inside hole". whats the best way to remove . I am gonna use the Perma-Coil any ways so should i just drill the thing out with the "perma coil"drill bit
and I need lube when i use it right? Well what lube do i use ? |

| You are not going to like the job of removing a broken easy out. I would either get some very small drill bits and drill around it to free it up , or use a diamond bit to drill the extractor out. Plan on alot of swearing. |

| Place a large nut over the broken easy out and then weld in the hole building up the weld untill the nut is flush with weld. Do Not use easy-outs unless the broken bolt is in steel or cast iron. www.vwhelp.com |
