Welcome, recheck your valve adjustments on that cylinder, then pull the idle jet and clean it and the port it comes from. Try running it again and report back

Sounds like the classic case of plugged idle jet or idle circuit.

99.9% of all carb trouble I've had with my webers has been a clogged idle jet. ALWAYS START THERE, saves a lot of time and head ache.

Ordered New bearing seals and rebuild kit last night so it will be a few days till I get back with how things are running.

Get "lean best idle adjustment" procedures and start over....

You may also want to verify the carb linkage allows carb butterfly to completely close ..... Try setting idle with linkage disconnected....

Didn't know that the butterfly valves have to be adjusted I had them out to do the bearing seals so that might be my prob also

Idle speed screw changed amount butterfly will close so changing that it will determine RPM at idle..... Mixture screws are just that....
