Need some.
I've managed to misplace mine.
Luckily I still have the reservoir itself.
So I'm trying to fabricate my own from steel brake line. I need to add some sort of spacer so that the plastic nuts apply force to the flange.
Car is a 67 KG.

the flexible hose looks like regular fuel hose. Brake fluid damages many fuel hoses so there is a 'special' type of hose for brake fluid which is usually blue and cloth covered. I think this is the right one from CIP1

| A Volvo 240 reservoir or Mk1 VW reservoir can be made to plug right into the M/C. You could still keep your stock one in place for looks....but without all the hoses and tubing. |

Good catch Ian. Yes those are just some fuel hose I had around.
Luckily, I have not yet put fluid in the system.

Now searching for some stock hard-lines (none in the classifieds right now) or Volvo 240 or Mk1 VW reservoir.

| If the master cylinder is ATE you will need the Volvo reservoir, if it's FTE it will take the VW Mk1/Fox/etc. If you're super desperate I have a spare Mk1 res sitting in my pile of spare parts. |

Thats a Volvo reservoir, and that's crazy money. A complete ATE Master Cylinder for a Volvo 240 is $100, and that includes the brand new reservoir. |

does this install without any rubber grommets or do you leave the stock ones in the master cylinder? also how did you get it to snap into place without breaking it?
Thanks for the help |

stock grommets and a firm push is what it takes. Maybe with brake fluid on the grommets to lube.
I've done a few and no breakages yet. |

there are 2 sizes of grommet, you need the grommets to match the reservoir, or reservoir to match the grommets. see earlier postings |

You can find them here...not far if you are in the IE. Which one...I think the M/C for disc front will also work for all drum too.
