our local post office nolonger delivers mail.for some stupid reason.so now my mail gets lost stolen or strayed then delayed.this is progress.so I am told.
spelling. hmm well it rarely matters to me if somebody spells something rong,as I usuualy have enough brains to just read right past it.but I know that there is a lot of people out there that cant do that.it must realy eff with the brains they do have(if they have any at all) so they start attacking about nothing at all ,that has nothing to do with the post.why?? they have nothing to add.but that want to be included in something so bad it dosent matter what it is. so go ahead and count up how many things(or bugs) I have spelt rong in this little useless rant about nothing at all.now where is my glasses& meds for my joints that are dead from somuch radaition it hurts just to piss&moan about nothing. But I am giving somebody a venting place to vent.
by the way did the package ever get located??ups delevered one on my packahes to a non address.wtf?? how do you deliver something to an address that dosent exzist? hows that fer spellen |

The purchase was made on feb 20th I recorded the conversation through an app on my smart phone I asked the gal if I could and she said yes and that alot of people do that.. I explained to her the situation and she gave me the whole buyer seller protection act. I had her look up the transaction and she confirmed that there was nothing the purchaser could do an that there is no way to open a claim/dispute on this transaction.. It's well over the 45day window and she states that sometimes twy do a grace period of a week or so.. But that in my case there is nothing he can do...
So I'm leaving it at that I'm not refunding him anything if he wants parts of equal value that's fine but I'm not refunding... He had the option of purchasing insurance and declined.. Case closed...
It's a bum deal and I'm sure il get negitive feed back but il live with it....
Thanks for all the help.. Spelling is not the only important thing. Proper use of punctuation greatly enhances the readability of a post. |

Alex, don't worry about your feedback. One complaint amongst all of the others that are positive will not be a big deal. Let it go like water off a duck's back.
I am a charter member of the spelling police. My wife is an English teacher, and she asks me how to spell words regularly. Grammar, punctuation, and spelling matter, typos do not. As long as it's obvious that you are trying, you'll be fine. It does drive me nuts when I see a post that is full of errors that is an obvious result of being too lazy to even try. No capitalization and no punctuation gives me headaches. |

If you're absolutely, positively sure that you offered the refund... if you’re sure you said those words.. He is wrong. However, you pay the refund anyway.
One happy customer will tell their family about your business.
One mad customer will tell their family, friends and anyone that will listen.
Think of it as your payment for never having to speak with him again. Stings less. |

Or refund his payment and he'll leave bad feedback anyway because he never got his parts.
He had the option for insurance. He turned that down. PayPal has terms and conditions that help him as a buyer. He exceeded those terms and conditions. He had opportunity to start a claim with PayPal prior to the time running out.
You did your part, move on to the next one. You can't hold everybodies hand and you can't make everyone happy. |

Too bad you turned this into a pointless diatribe about government workers. Like to see you handle my job for one week. You can find lazy ass workers and bosses everywhere, never been to a restaurant where the waiters stand around and twiddle their thumbs or a shop where the mechanics move at the speed of molasses in winter?
As for your post, if the guy refused the insurance that his problem, he gambled and crapped out and should be man enough to take responsibility for his decision instead of whining about it and expecting you to hold his hand. You proved you shipped with the tracking, so there is no dispute the part went out, he was being a cheap ass by refusing the insurance so now he should have to pay. |
