| Ok i measured the bearings and i understand my case is .20 and crank is at 1st cut. Now i need to figure out the thrust. Its at 21mm but is that .20 or .40? Just a little confuse since i want to order the right main bearings. |

Are you sure?
In olden days they did not make that size
1mm is .0394"
the part number for .5 OS, .25 US, 1mm over thrust would be
111-198-473OS |

| I measured the #1 main bearing's thrust and it pops up .825''. I measured the case saddle and its about .830''. So basically i just need to figure out what size will work. 1.00mm thrust will work fine? |

| .875 is about 21mm, so it would seen you are correct |

| some shops would cut the thrust just enough to clean up the case and machine down the bearing to fit. |
