Time for an update!

Since I last posted I have been working on the car and driving it too. I have done all the little things like the shift rod bushing and coupler, transmission ground strap, steering coupler and dampner (made a huge difference to handling!). Changed the transmission fluid hoping it would fix my tranny and installed a new 1500 engine, had a refurbished started installed and also have been working on setting up and electric window washer pump too.

The other changes have been getting rid of the old dual quiet packs that drove me crazy not being centered and also scraping on everything. I replaced the exhaust with a ceramic coated euro-sport muffler system (a copy of the tri-mill) I am not 100% happy with the build quality but for the price its a great exhaust that offers huge ground clearence and sounds awesome!

This week I have been working on getting my widened smoothies on the car. The set I found was 15x7 with a stock offset and fit only just. I have the minimum allowable tyre size (195's) and the fit is snug. If the rear wasn't lowered I don't think they would fit. It is only the camber of the wheels that allow them to tuck under the fenders. I still need to order and install hubcap clips.

How it was:

Thats it so far.
