so finally after reading everyone elses threads it is time to start my own. this is my 67 that i bought from the little old lady who bought it new. it had been sitting in a field in idaho for 10 years. no rust, but the sun baked every piece of rubber out of it and trashed the interior. i got it running and threw a quick paint job on it, then proceeded to drag it all around the country on a tow bar till it sat in my dads barn for a year. finally a few months ago i drug it home and started back to work on it,
i picked up a set of brms for a screaming deal this weekend and that set things in motion
new bumper, and polished up the over riders and towel bars.
yeah the interior is trashed.
future plans include dropped spindles, 205/65's on the back, 165s on the front, rebuilding the brakes, and some kind of interior. haven't decided on that yet. motor will stay stock |

and the before pictures
it sucks that the interior was trashed. all original water blue clothe under nasty vinyl covers
notice the engine fire and the bumper that they hooked a chain on and drug it out of the field

progress this weekend!
installed new ball joints, dropped spindles and new tie rod ends. would have been much faster if i knew what i was doing. |
