Is it just me or does JBUGS take forever to get parts to you.

I ordered a part from them 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't even been shipped.
We called them after we saw it hadn't been shipped. They said it would be here no later than 3 days from then. It's been a week since then and still hasn't shipped. Could it just be the part that we ordered or is this normal with them. It was the irs pivot point rubber, that's why I posted in this section.

i don't know about everyone else but on both occasions ordering from them parts seemed to take forever to arrive (3+ weeks). i've also spoken with their customer service a couple of times and the guys i spoke to were pretty rude.

then again, i eventually got the parts (albeit individual orders with a bunch of parts came in a bunch of sporadic shipments).

if you can, go with WW, those guys are timely and they have a great reputation on the samba.

I've used them in the past, usually takes almost 2 weeks to get parts to NJ. They are just slow. In your case, I would keep calling until you get a tracking #, your wait seems excessive.
